Summer Gallardo was born and raised in Southern California moving to Riverside County in 2009. She shares her love of Real Estate with her husband and three daughters. Summer's vast knowledge of Real Estate includes her background with Commercial Real Estate which began in 1999. Over the course of her Commercial Real Estate career her portfolio consisted of office, retail, industrial and land. While managing her portfolios she handled lease negotiations, vendor contracts, annual budgets including all tenant and vendor relations.Passionate about all things Real Estate the move to Residential was a natural fit. She brings 18+ years experience with her. She is an active agent with Concord Realty representing both buyers and sellers on a day-to-day basis. She is able to negotiate while listening to client needs getting transactions handled in a professional manner and always having the clients best interest in mind. She likes to support local businesses which will sometimes be highlighted with her client gifts from the local wineries or local home décor shops. During her free time she likes to explore new cities making memories with her family.
